Ingredients:
1 package beans
2 bay leaves
2-3 pinches of salt
2 pinches of red pepper
2 pinches of allspice
2-3 onions chopped into thin slices
2-3 tomatoes chopped and 2 sliced ​​thin
1-2 pinches of sugar
olive oil 1/2 cup at least

Recipe:
Let the beans soak water covered in a bowl with water for 10 hours (throw away the left water) or alternatively cooke them for at least 2 hours (and drain them) and then put them in the oven in a baking pan with all the ingredients and water for the beans to swell and soften (2 glasses) and if necessary add more during cooking . 1-2 hours in a preheated oven (not with fan/air) at 200 degrees Celsius , in the middle rack, or until the beans have softened.

Fried chickpeas balls with greek yoghurt

Recipe :
250 gram of chickpeas , which we leave covered in water for at least 10 hours or overnight , and then we finely chop them in the blender
2-3 potatoes boiled and mashed
1 large onion chopped
1 Tbsp chopped fresh marjoram
1 Tbsp chopped mint
1 Tbsp chopped basil
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Knead the ingredients into ”balls” see photo and coat them with all purpose flour and fry them. Once browned as in photo place them on a paper towel to stay crunchy .
They can be accompanied with yoghurt and mint leaves
