Home made pizza





250 grams all purpose flour
4 soup spoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
8 grams of dry yeast
water as much as needed so that the dough doesn’t stick to your hands while kneading
cover the dough and let it rise for at least half an hour or overnight in the fridge
spread extra virgin olive oil on your pan and ”open” the dough with your hands to cover the pan, spread thin slices of tomato on it and then turkey in slices or salami or both,then Gouda cheese, feta cheese, some oregano and if you like some thin chopped or sliced onion.
Bake your pizza in the oven for 20-30 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius.

Pizza with low calories





All purpose flour, depending of how many individual pizzas I like to do.
Dry yeast, 1 sachet for a pound of flour.
Whole fat milk, so much as necessary, until the dough does not stick in our hands.
Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp for half a kg of flour.
Ketchup, not too much and a pinch of oregano and a pinch of salt, if we can not eat our pizza unsalted. Boiled turkey cut into large pieces, smoked cheese cut into large pieces, onion into thin strips, colored peppers in small pieces, tomato into thin slices, olives without their core and anything else we like, preferably low in calories if you want to eat your pizza for dinner. Ingredients, such as cheese, which have more fat come on top, to cover the rest of the ingredients to prevent them from drying out.
Let the pizza dough to rise, covered, for at least 1 hour before cooking, and if you do not want to add more oil, don’t bake it in a baking pan greased with oil. Bake it on parchment paper folded in half, directly on the oven shelf .
To make the dough even fluffier, let the dough rest in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake your individual pizza at 200 degrees Celsius-using a piece of your ready dough, resistors up and down, in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the strength of our oven.
If you want to make a large pizza, use a larger portion of your dough, bake the pizza in a preheated oven at the same temperature for half an hour to three quarters, depending on the strength of our oven.

Kiss loren with extra virgin olive oil and avocado


Ingredients for the dough:
1.5 glass of water all purpose flour
2 glasses self rising flour
1 glass of milk 3.5%
1 big egg
2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 pinches of sea salt
I knead my ingredients and let the dough rest covered 1 hour in room temperature and 1/2 hour in the fridge. Just after I remove it from the fridge I ”open” it with my hands in a large buttered Pyrex. On top I put feta cheese, Gouda, smocked cheese, turkey in slices, 1/2 avocado in small cubes, fresly grounded pepper and lastly 2 Tablespoons of cooking cream on top.
I bake regularly(not with fan) my kiss loren for 3 quarters in a preheated oven in 200 degrees Celsius.

ketchup, oregano, turkey slice, cheese, avocado sauce (grated feta cheese, onion and avocado pureed in a mixer)
We bake the regular way(not fan) in a preheated oven in 200 grad Celsius , for about 10 min. (depending on our oven) in the middle rack.

Pizza- before and after baking

image image Recipe: 2 large glasses of all purpose flour, dry yest 8 gram., 2-3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 3/4 glass of milk, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 pinch of salt. We leave the dough covered in room temperature for at least 1 hour and if it still sticks on our hands add some more flour and we  knead again for the dough to absorb it. We ”open” the dough with our hands on an oiled(with olive oil) baking pan. We put some ketchup on our dough but not a large quantity for our dough not to get much humidity. On top we lay turkey slices, cheese, smocked cheese, feta cheese, chopped onion, slices of fresh tomato, salami or wurst, 2 pinches of oregano and we bake it in a preheated oven at 200 Grad Celsius for 20-30 min depending on our oven in the middle rack.
